Ice cream is one of the most delicious and popular desserts in the confectionery world. Therefore, we decided to teach our readers to prepare homemade ice cream quickly and simply so that they can enjoy it with their family.

The origin of ice cream is somewhat uncertain,  as some say that it was the Persians who mastered the technique of storing ice during the summer and that from there they tried different recipes such as rice pudding, which they could keep in their “refrigerators” called Yakhdan.

Others say that it originated in Macedonia by King Alexander the Great and the Roman Emperor Nero, as they tended to cool their fruit juices and wines with snow or ice from the mountains. And just like these myths about the origin of this dessert, there are many more, especially in countries like China or Italy.
