  • 3 eggs
  • 2 plates of fresh cracked dough (200 g)
  • 3 tablespoons of fresh cream (45 ml)
  • 7 asparagus
  • 4 or 5 fresh anchovy fillets (30 g)

Preparation

  1. First, pour some water into a small pot, covering about half the surface.
  2. Then introduce the asparagus and cook for about 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, beat eggs.

  • 1 bunch of asparagus (about 8 or 9)
  • 1 tablespoon of salt (15 g)
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 potato
  • 1 cube of chicken stock (15 g)
  • 3 tablespoons of fresh cream (45 ml)
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. First, add a little oil to a medium saucepan to saute the onions. Cut them in half and cook.
  2. Then repeat the same procedure for the potato, previously peeled and chopped, and the asparagus bunch.
  3. Keep in mind that there are 3 different procedures. In each case you should use about 10 minutes per ingredient.
