These two natural remedies together are a great help to fight bad breath. Gingerol, the active component of ginger, destroys the bacteria that cause the bad smell.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder (15 g)
  • ½ teaspoon of powdered ginger (3 g)
  • 1 cup of water (250 ml)

Preparation

  • Heat the water and, when it boils, add a tablespoon of cinnamon and half a teaspoon of ginger.
  • Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • After the indicated time, remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • You can take the mixture three times a day, warm or hot.
  • If you prefer, you can also make mouthwash with this preparation.

honey and cinnamon

The antimicrobial compounds in honey are very effective in killing the bacteria that cause bad breath.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of honey (75 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder (15 g)

Preparation

  • In a bowl mix the 3 tablespoons of honey with the cinnamon powder, and mix well until the ingredients are well mixed.
  • Consume the preparation in tablespoons (1 after each meal).
  • You can also use it to brush your teeth, before using toothpaste.

parsley and cinnamon

These natural products provide powerful benefits against bad breath. The chlorophyll in parsley cleanses the body, detoxifies the liver, and fights infections.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of parsley leaves (60 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon (15 g)
  • 1 cup of water (250 ml)

Preparation

  • Put the ingredients in a metal container, and cook them over low heat.
  • Once cooked, remove from heat and strain.
  • Let it sit, and drink it when it’s still hot.
  • It is recommended to take twice a day.
