Another wonderful option is oatmeal. Mix three tablespoons of oats and ΒΌ cup of milk in a container. Once the flakes have hydrated, apply to the face and let it work for a few minutes, without massaging. If you have oily skin, replace milk with water.

Honey is also a great ally in exfoliation. In this case, you’ll need a spoonful of pure bee honey, a spoonful of lemon juice and two ground almonds.

Gently apply to face and leave for 15 minutes. Then, when removing the paste, you will notice that the skin will be smooth, hydrated and revitalized.
