The ingredients are 2 celery stalks, 5 medium carrots and 1 slice of fresh, peeled ginger. Peel the carrots and cut them into thin slices; do the same with the celery. Place both with ginger in a blender and blend until creamy consistency. You can add water if needed and, if you like, a spoonful of honey.
