5 Reasons To Eat More Melon

Juice to detoxify melon

Ingredients

  • 150 g of melon of the variety you choose
  • 10 red grapes
  • the juice of half a lemon
  • 1 glass of water (200 ml)
  • 1 spoon of honey (25 g)
  • 3  fresh mint leaves 
  • 2 ice cubes

Utensils

  • A knife
  • A pestle to grind mint
  • a blender
  • a big cup to serve

Method of preparation

  • It’s very simple. Choose the melon, the one that is in season and that is neither too ripe nor too green. Cut into squares.
  • Then grind the fresh mint a little. This way, your essential oils will combine with the natural juice.
  • Get the juice from the half lemon.
  • Soon after, clean the 10 red grapes.
  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until you get a smooth mixture.
  • Then add the water and the honey spoon so that everything is well together.
  • Next step? Enjoy this cleansing juice in your favorite glass accompanied by some ice cubes. It’s delicious!
